The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 155 Conn.App. 794, 111 A.3d 931 (2015), is granted, limited to the following issues:

“1. Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the defendant did not have standing (a reasonable expectation of privacy) to challenge a search of residential premises that he owned but had leased at the time of the search?

“2. If the answer to the first question is in the negative, were all subsequent actions of the police—the Terry stop of the vehicle, the warrantless arrest, and the defendant's confession—the fruits of one or more preceding illegalities?
