U. S. Lane was convicted of setting up and keeping a common house of assignation, and he appeals.Affirmed.

Defendant was prosecuted, under section 4754, R. S. Mo. 1909, for setting up and keeping a common house of assignation.The proceeding was upon information filed by the prosecuting attorney.Defendant was convicted and fined $200.He appealed.Defendant has not favored us with a printed abstract of the record nor with a brief pointing out any supposed errors committed in the course of the trial.Nevertheless it is our duty to "examine the record and award a new trial, reverse or affirm the judgment or decision of the circuit court, or give such judgment as such court ought to have given" as to us shall seem agreeable to law.Section 2083, R. S. Mo. 1909.
