The petition by the state of Connecticut for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 148 Conn.App. 684, 86 A.3d 498, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the defendant's conviction of attempt to commit robbery in the first degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a–49(a)(2) and 53a–134(a)(3) must be reversed and judgment directed because there was insufficient evidence to convict him of attempt to commit robbery in the first degree?”
