ORDER

On order of the Court, the motion for reconsideration of this Court's order of March 7, 1988 is considered, and it is GRANTED. We VACATE our order dated March 7, 1988 and, on reconsideration, the application for leave to appeal is GRANTED, limited to the issues whether the plaintiff must tender back the consideration recited in the release and, if so, at what point before or during the proceedings must this tender take place.

The motion for stay of proceedings is also reconsidered, and it is GRANTED.
