Transferred from Superior Court, Strafford County. Action of assumpsit by Stratford county against the city of Dover. Transferred from superior court. The county seeks to recover the sum of $490 as money paid out for board of prisoners sentenced to the county house of correction from the Dover police court, upon complaints charging offenses under section 21, c. 264, Pub. St. 1901, none of which was for drunkenness. Case discharged.

BINGHAM, J.
