ORDER

PER CURIAM

Evans Ukeoma appeals from the judgment of the St. Louis City Circuit Court affirming the Administrative Hearing Commission's decision terminating Ukeoma's employment with the Missouri Department of Mental Health ("DMH"). Ukeoma argues that the decision to terminate him was unsupported by competent and substantial evidence upon the whole record because the evidence presented does not support the finding that he violated several applicable regulations by striking a client on the head and shoulder with a belt. Finding that the circuit court did not err as alleged by Ukeoma, we affirm the judgment of the circuit court.

A written opinion would have no precedential value nor serve any jurisprudential purpose. We have provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. We affirm the judgment of the circuit court under Rule 84.16(b).
