In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Second District, is directed to vacate its judgment in Village of Lake Villa v. Stokovich, case No. 2-00-0943 (07/10/01), affirming the judgment of the Lake County Circuit Court ordering demolition. The appellate court is directed to reconsider its judgment addressing defendants' claim that section 11-31-1 of the Illinois Municipal Code (65 ILCS 5/11-31-1), is unconstitutional.
