Suit by Mildred R. Wainwright against Lee McDonough and others. From an order denying a motion to vacate an order dismissing the bill for want of prosecution, the complainant appeals.
Cause transferred.Appeal from Circuit Court, Lake County; Ralph J. Dady, Judge.
Gerald C. Snyder, of Waukegan (Lewis D. Clarke, of Waukegan, of counsel), for appellant.
George Gillette and Charles F. Grimes, both of Chicago, and Runyard & Behanna, of Waukegan, for appellee Sophia L. McDonough.
