ORDER

Per Curiam:

Ashton Walters appeals the judgment of the Platte County Circuit Court sustaining the Director of Revenue's revocation of his driver's license for refusal to submit to a chemical test. In his sole point on appeal, he contends that the circuit court erred in finding there were reasonable grounds to believe that he was driving a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Because a published opinion would provide no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
