BOYLE, J., states:

I join the order on the understanding that the Court is not persuaded that the precise issue involved has jurisprudential significance to the bench and bar because the factual scenario is apparently unique. I do not wish to be understood as endorsing the Court of Appeals conclusion that the medical payments plaintiff received from Blue Cross/Blue Shield were not a collateral source within the meaning of M.C.L. § 600.6303, because Blue Cross/Blue Shield has exercised and satisfied its lien prior to judgment.
