ORDER
On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to GCR 1963, 853.2(4), in lieu of leave to appeal, we REVERSE the decision of the Court of Appeals, 86 Mich.App. 788, 273 N.W.2d 563 and the order of the trial court granting defendant's motion for accelerated judgment and REMAND the matter for trial. Lockaby v. Wayne County, 406 Mich. 65, 276 N.W.2d 1 (1979).
This Court does not retain jurisdiction.
