By order of December 3, 1986, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in DiFranco v. Pickard (Docket No. 74692), et al. On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on December 23, 1986, 427 Mich. 32, 398 N.W.2d 896 (1986), the application is again considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the Court of Appeals order and the order of the trial court directing a verdict in favor of the defendant, and we REMAND the case to the Wayne Circuit Court for reconsideration in light of DiFranco v. Pickard, 427 Mich. 32, 398 N.W.2d 896 (1986).
