ORDER

On order of the Court, the motion in propria persona by defendant for immediate consideration is considered, and it is GRANTED.

The applications for leave to appeal are considered and, pursuant to GCR 1963, 853.2(4), in lieu of leave to appeal we VACATE the Court of Appeals judgment, 298 N.W.2d 667, and REMAND the case to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of the new legislation concerning joint custody, 1980 P.A. 434.

The motion in propria persona by defendant for stay is thereby moot and is DENIED.

We retain no jurisdiction.
