ORDER

This matter is before the court on the parties' Joint Stipulation of Dismissal and Motion to Vacate Oral Argument. In their stipulation and motion, the parties state that they have settled their dispute, and they ask us to vacate oral argument, dismiss this appeal, and remand this matter for dismissal of the underlying district-court case. Upon careful consideration, we direct as follows.

The January 16, 2024 oral argument in this matter is VACATED, and all counsel are excused from attendance. This appeal is DISMISSED pursuant to Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 42(b)(1), and this matter is REMANDED to the U.S. District Court for the Distr ict of Kansas for dismissal of the case underlying this appeal.
