Appeal from Supreme Court. Certiorari by Emma Mann Wray against Elias Bertram Mott and another to review an order made by a justice of the Supreme Court appointing commissioners in condemnation to appraise the amount to be paid prosecutrix for rights sought to be acquired by a telephone company. From an order of the Supreme Court (83 Atl. 866) affirming the order prosecutrix appeals.
Affirmed.
