Anthony T. Golz, of Cokinos | Young, moved to withdraw as counsel of record for Appellant, 7677 Group, L.P. and Cross-Appellee, Gal Batzri. See Tex. R. App. P. 6.5(a), (b). Copies of the motion to withdraw were delivered to Appellant and Cross-Appellee, and Appellant and Cross-Appellee were notified of their right to object to the motion. See id. 6.5(a)(4), (b). No objection was filed. The motion to withdraw is GRANTED.

Anthony T. Golz is directed to immediately notify Appellant and Cross-Appellee in writing "of any deadlines or settings that [he] knows about at the time of withdrawal but that were not previously disclosed to the part[ies]." Id. 6.5(c).
