It appearing in the above opinion that the word "intoxicated" was inadvertently used in place of the word "incapacitated" as used in footnote 1 of the opinion, and it further appearing that the opinion should be corrected accordingly,

It is hereby ordered that the opinion in the above cause, as the same appears at 108 Wash.2d 262, 737 P.2d 1257 (1987), be changed as follows:

In the ninth line from the top of page 269, 737 P.2d 1257, the word "intoxicated" is deleted and the word "incapacitated" is inserted in its place.
