Appeal from district court, Boone county; S. M. Weaver, Judge.

Action on note, aided by attachment. Clara M. Shadle intervened. The record shows a verdict for plaintiff against defendants, and for intervener against plaintiff. Dismissed.O. M. Brockett, for plaintiff.

PER CURIAM.

The abstract neither shows an appeal nor judgment. After verdict, there was a motion for a new trial, or for judgment for plaintiff notwithstanding the verdict. It does not appear that the motion was passed upon by the district court. This court is entirely without jurisdiction, and the cause is dismissed herefrom. Dismissed.
