Action between Mrs. Ii. J. Brewer and the New England Mortgage Security Company and others. From the judgment, Mrs. Brewer brings error. Reversed.

BECK, J. Judgment reversed. All the Justices concur except FISH, C. J., absent on account of sickness, and EVANS, P. J., and HILL, J., who dissent, on the ground that the charge held to be erroneous, when considered in connection with its context, does not require a new trial.
