PartiesCENTRAL CITY TRUST CO. v. WACO BLDG. ASS'N.
CourtTexas Court of Appeals

Appeal from district court, McLennan county; John G. Winter, Special Judge. Action by the Waco Building Association against the Central City Trust Company. From a judgment in favor of plaintiff, defendant appeals. Affirmed.

Jas. I. Moore and Chas. A. Jennings, for appellant. Jas. S. Fitzhugh, for appellee.

FISHER, C. J.

This was an action of trespass to try title by appellee against appellant, with judgment in favor of the former. There is no statement of facts in the record, but it contains the findings of fact and conclusions of law of the trial court, both of which we adopt and approve. It is needless for us to repeat in this opinion the findings and conclusions of the court, and reference is made to the record. The approval of the conclusions of law, based upon the findings of fact, disposes of all the questions adversely to appellant raised in its brief. We find no error in the record, and the judgment is affirmed. Affirmed.
