Appeal from Municipal Court of Chicago; Frank E. Donoghue, Judge.
Action by the City of Chicago, a municipal corporation, against Gertrude Bonn to recover a penalty for the violation of an ordinance in a civil suit. From the judgment, Gertrude Bonn appeals.
