Action by Mrs. W. B. Cotter against the City of La Grange. Judgment for plaintiff, and defendant brings error. Affirmed.
Mrs W. B. Cotter filed a suit against the city of La Grange for damage alleged to have been done to her property by reason of a change in the grade of the city's streets. The jury found a verdict in her favor. The city filed a motion for a new trial. This was overruled, and it excepted.
