PER CURIAM.

The points on appeal and facts presented in these consolidated appeals are so similar to those which we considered in City of Miami Beach v. Solomon, Fla.App., 228 So.2d 437 (Third District Court of Appeal) no purpose would be served in setting them forth herein. Our holding in Solomon supra, is controlling in these appeals; therefore, the judgments appealed are reversed with directions to dismiss the complaints.

Reversed with directions.
