Silas Cobb was adjudged guilty of contempt, and brings error. Reversed.Lee S. Estelle, W. D. McHugh, and Chas. Offutt, for plaintiff in error.

PER CURIAM.

The questions presented by this case being in all respects identical with the case of Clair v. State, 59 N. W. 118, it is, for reasons therein stated, reversed and remanded. Reversed and remanded.
