Miller Electric Manufacturing Co., 591 So.2d 242 (Fla. 4th DCA 1991), certify to the supreme court the same question certified in that case as one of great public importance and certify the opinion to be in conflict with that in Acosta v. Firestone Tire & Rubber Co., 592 So.2d 1102 (Fla. 3d DCA 1991).
