Action by C. O. Noble against the First National Bank of Pierce. Judgment for plaintiff. Defendant brings error. Dismissed.Douglas Cones, for plaintiff in error.

NORVAL, J.

There is no authentication of the judgment sought to be reviewed, by the clerk of the district court. The disposition of the case is ruled by the decision in Commission Co. v. Sang (decided herewith) 72 N. W. 856. The proceedings in error are dismissed.
