Appeal from Supreme Court. Proceeding by Annie Fisher against the Tide Water Building Company to recover compensation under the Workmen's Compensation Act. From a judgment (114 Atl. 150), reversing a judgment setting aside an award of compensation and affirming the award, defendant appeals. Affirmed.
