Appeal from district court, Stearns county; D. B. Searle, Judge. Action by Jacob Friedman against Anton Muggli and others. From an order denying a new trial, plaintiff appeals. Reversed.Reynolds & Raeser, for appellant.

The decision in Kray v. Same Defendants (filed herewith) 86 N. W. 882, controls the determination of this case, and the same order is made. Order reversed. See 79 N. W. 1026.
