The petition of Melvin L. Wulf, an alleged attorney, joined by R. Jess Brown, for George A. Gordon, alias Geo. 'Doc' Smith, for a stay of the execution of this sentence, scheduled for Friday, March 22, 1963, for the purpose of allowing a petition for a writ of certiorari to be filed in the United States Supreme Court to review the decision of this Court of February 4, 1963, 149 So.2d 475, has been duly considered.
It is the opinion of the Court and the members hereof that said petition should be denied.
Consequently it is ordered that such petition for stay, in its entirety, be, and the same is, hereby denied.
Petition denied.
