CourtNew Jersey Supreme Court

Appeal from Prerogative Court. The decree of the Prerogative Court (71 Atl. 670) affirmed a decree of the Morris county orphans' court admitting to probate the last will and testament of Esther J. Cooper, deceased, and Carrie L. G. Harrison and others appeal. Affirmed.
