OPINION OF THE COURT

Judgment reversed, without costs, 87 A.D.2d 29, 450 N.Y.S.2d 638, and the petition dismissed. An Article 78 proceeding generally does not lie to review error claimed to have occurred in a criminal proceeding. (See Matter of State of New York v. King, 36 N.Y.2d 59, 364 N.Y.S.2d 879, 324 N.E.2d 351.)
