Upon consideration of the petition for writ of certiorari to the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland, it is this 15th day of December 1970,

Ordered by the Court of Appeals of Maryland that the writ of certiorari to the Court of Special Appeals shall issue and said case shall be transferred to the regular docket as No. 419, September Term, 1970; and it is further

Ordered that Alan M. Wilner, Baltimore, be and he is hereby, appointed as counsel to represent Andre Hunter in this Court and that counsel may file additional briefs, said brief for appellant to be filed on or before January 25, 1971 and the brief for the appellee to be filed on or before February 16, 1971.
