We affirm the denial of the temporary injunction. To the extent that the order denying the temporary injunction also decided the merits of the case, we reverse and remand for a full hearing on this matter on the authority of Cox v. Florida Mobile Leasing, Inc., 478 So.2d 1200 (Fla. 4th DCA 1985).

AFFIRM IN PART; REVERSE IN PART.
