PER CURIAM.

Affirmed on authority of Peterson v. Bauer, 83 Neb. 405, 119 N.W. 764, and Wiseman v. Guernsey, 107 Neb. 647, 187 N.W. 55.

It appears from the evidence, as an entirety, that neither the articles of adoption nor the contract upon which plaintiff relies as the foundation of her cause of action was established by proof clear, convicting and satisfactory.

AFFIRMED.
