APPEAL FROM THE ST. LOUIS CRIMINAL COURT.
LACKLAND, for The State.
Jones was indicted for being present, aiding and abetting one Roberts, in the murder of Hibler, a watchman of the city, and was tried and convicted. The testimony in the case is the same as in the case of Roberts v. The State, and the instructions similar. The judgment will be reversed and the cause remanded.
