This case is almost identical in substance and facts with the case of Josephine Kempf, Respondent, v. Phillips Pipe Line Co., Appellant (Mo. App.) 61 S.W.(2d) 422, and by agreement of the parties herein is to abide the result in said case. Having this day rendered an opinion in the case of Josephine Kempf v. Phillips Pipe Line Co., in which we affirmed the judgment of the trial court, therefore, in accordance with the agreement above mentioned, the judgment in the instant case is affirmed.
