Motion for leave to appeal from the Appellate Division order denying a rehearing, reargument, a stay and leave to appeal dismissed upon the ground that the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution. Motion, insofar as it may be regarded as seeking leave to appeal from the order of the Appellate Division confirming the report of the special referee and disbarring respondent denied.
