Appeal from Superior Court, Cook County; Ezra Clark, Judge.
Action by Rose Kuhn against the City of Chicago for injuries sustained when plaintiff fell on a sidewalk. The sole defect in the sidewalk was that one of two adjoining slabs of concrete was two or three inches lower than the other. From a judgment for plaintiff for $1500, defendant appeals.
