PartiesGlenn LANGFORD, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.
CourtFlorida Supreme Court

Appeal from Criminal Court of Record, Palm Beach County; Thomas S. Caro, Judge.

J. R. Bullock and E. B. Donnell, both of West Palm Beach, for appellant.

J. Tom Watson, Atty. Gen., John C. Wynn, Asst. Atty. Gen., and Bourke Floyd, Sp. Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Appellant was charged and convicted of second-degree murder. This appeal questions the sufficiency of the charges, the admissibility of certain evidence and the weight of the evidence to sustain the verdict. We find these several contentions insufficient, hence the judgment is affirmed.
