We initially accepted discretionary review of the decision in County of Volusia v. DeSantis, 302 So.3d 1001 (Fla. 1st DCA 2020). See art. V, § 3(b)(3), Fla. Const. Upon further consideration, we exercise our discretion to discharge jurisdiction. Accordingly, we hereby dismiss this review proceeding.
