Appeal from Circuit Court, Dekalb County; Richard B. Bridgeman, Judge.
Action by Frank Lieffring against Charles Birt and Coulson Sherard for false imprisonment. From an adverse judgment, plaintiff appeals.
Appeal dismissed.

This is an action for false imprisonment. There was a verdict and judgment in favor of defendant, Charles Birt, and plaintiff has appealed.
The transcript discloses that, in addition to Charles Birt, one Coulson Sherard was also a party defendant. The transcript fails to show that the cause has been disposed of as to Sherard.
The judgment not having disposed of the case as to all of the parties, there was no final judgment from which an appeal could be taken. Mansfield v. Meade, Mo.App., 194 S.W.2d 544; Cox v. Frank L. Schaab Stove & Furniture Co., Mo.App., 67 S.W. 2d 790; Chitwood v. Jones, Mo.App., 45 S.W.2d 893.
The appeal is dismissed.
