PartiesLUEHRMANN v. LINCOLN TRUST & TITLE CO. et al.

Appeal from St. Louis Circuit Court; J. Hugo Grimm, Judge.

Suit by Edward H. Luehrmann against the Lincoln Trust & Title Company and the Title Guaranty Trust Company. From a judgment for defendants, plaintiff appeals. Reversed, and cause remanded for further proceedings.

Sale & Frey and Kortjohn & Kortjohn, all of St. Louis, for appellant. Wilfley, McIntyre & Nardin and Henry W. Allen, all of St. Louis, for respondents.

BROWN, C.

This appeal involves the same questions that are involved in case No. 18162, entitled George E. W. Luehrmann and Guy B. Fulton, Appellants, v. Same Defendants, 192 S. W. 1026. They were argued and submitted together in this court. Our decision in that case is decisive of this.

The judgment in this case is accordingly reversed, and the cause remanded for further proceedings in accordance with our opinion in case No. 18162.

RAILEY, C., concurs.

PER CURIAM.

The foregoing opinion of BROWN, C., is adopted as the opinion of the court. All concur.
