On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal of plaintiffs-appellants is considered, and the same is hereby granted.
The Court, Sua sponte, pursuant to GCR 1963, 865.1(7), hereby reverses the decision of the Court of Appeals, 54 Mich.App. 171, 220 N.W.2d 748, and orders the judgment of the trial court reinstated for the reason that the trial court's finding of fact that the parties did not intend an accord and satisfaction is adequately supported by the record and is not clearly erroneous. This Court retains no further jurisdiction in this case.
