Error from superior court, Houston county; J. H. MARTIN, Judge.

Action by J. J. Murray against the Central Railroad & Banking Company for negligently setting fire to plaintiff's woodland. Verdict for plaintiff, and new trial granted. Plaintiff brings error. Affirmed.
