Action by Effie Nichols and others against J. S. Hobbs and others. Judgment for plaintiffs. Defendants appeal. Affirmed.

By stipulation filed herein, this case presents the same facts and involves the same issues as the case of Nichols et al. v. Hobbs et al. (No. 18596) 197 S. W. 258, and is to abide the result of the decision in that case. For reasons mentioned in the case of Nichols et al. v. Hobbs et al. (No. 18596) 197 S. W. 258, the judgment is affirmed.
