Appeal from Circuit Court, Baltimore County.
Bill by Laura F. Outlaw against Charles W. Outlaw for alimony and custody of infant child.
From an order modifying an order dismissing the bill without prejudice, and from an order declaring plaintiff in contempt for failing to produce the child in court as ordered, and from orders as to alimony, plaintiff appeals.
Certain orders modified, and others reversed, and cause remanded.
Argued before BOYD, C.J., and BRISCOE, THOMAS, PATTISON, URNER, STOCKBRIDGE, and CONSTABLE, JJ.
