Coppola v. State of Rhode Island, R.I., 382 A.2d 190 (1977); Simmons v. State of Rhode Island, R.I., 381 A.2d 1045 (1978); Kolc v. Maratta, 113 R.I. 160, 319 A.2d 14 (1974).
