ORDER

This case is assigned to the December, 1978 Show cause calendar.

Plaintiffs are directed to appear and Show cause why this case should not be remanded to the Superior Court in order to afford the trial justice the prerogative of certifying, pursuant to Super.R.Civ.P. 54(b), that there is no just reason for delaying the entry of final judgment, such remand being in accord with this court's established procedure. Coppola v. State of Rhode Island, R.I., 382 A.2d 190 (1977); Simmons v. State of Rhode Island, R.I., 381 A.2d 1045 (1978); Kolc v. Maratta, 113 R.I. 160, 319 A.2d 14 (1974).
