OPINION OF THE COURT

On review of submissions pursuant to Rule 500.2(b), order, 84 A.D.2d 700, 448 N.Y.S.2d 414 affirmed with costs. A notice to cure was required whether the proceeding be as a holdover after termination of tenancy (RPAPL, sec. 711 and Hotel Code, sec. 50 and 53) or as a nonpayment proceeding (RPAPL, sec. 711 and Hotel Code, sec. 50).
