A notice to cure was required whether the proceeding be as a holdover after termination of tenancy (RPAPL, sec. 711 and Hotel Code, sec. 50 and 53) or as a nonpayment proceeding (RPAPL, sec. 711 and Hotel Code, sec. 50).
