The People of the State of New York appealed from an order of the Cayuga County Court, Gerald S. Hewitt, J., sustaining writ of habeas corpus, following a hearing, and ordering warden to discharge relator from custody. The People of the State of New York appealed to the Court of Appeals.

Order reversed and the writ of habeas corpus dismissed (see, People ex rel. Coates v. Martin, 8 A.D.2d 688, 184 N.Y.S.2d 443).
