The PEOPLE of the State of New York, Respondent,
v.
William BANG, Appellant.

No. 2009–701 RO CR.

Supreme Court, Appellate Term, New York,
9th and 10th Judicial Districts.

June 29, 2010.

Appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Ramapo, Rockland County (Samuel Coleman, J.), rendered April 1, 2009. The judgment convicted defendant, after a nonjury trial, of speeding.
Present: NICOLAI, P.J., LaCAVA and IANNACCI, JJ.

ORDERED that the judgment of conviction is affirmed.

Upon a review of the record, we are of the opinion that the evidence, when viewed in the light most favorable to the prosecution ( see People v. Contes, 60 N.Y.2d 620 [1983] ), was legally sufficient to establish all of the elements of speeding (Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1180[d] ) beyond a reasonable doubt ( see People v. Dusing, 5 N.Y.2d 126 [1959] ). We have reviewed defendant's remaining contentions and find them to be without merit.

Accordingly, the judgment convicting defendant of speeding is affirmed.

NICOLAI, P.J., LaCAVA and IANNACCI, JJ., concur.
